What you'll be doing:
- Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, live chat, and calls);
- Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base;
- Ensuring customers' satisfaction;
- Communicating with developers from various IT-companies.
- Excellent command of English and German, C1+ (both written and spoken);
- Great communication and presentation skills;
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude;
Will be a plus:
- Experience with native speakers;
- International exchange programs/practice with native speakers;
- Experience in Customer Support;
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
